
Jose Fernando Santacruz, MD, FCCP, DAABIP
J. Fernando Santacruz is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. He graduated from The Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, School of Medicine in 2002. During his medical school he performed clinical rotations at Jackson Memorial Hospital at The University of Miami, as part of the Latin-American Training Program. His residency in Internal Medicine were performed at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He stayed on for fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and then completed an Interventional Pulmonary fellowship. Dr. Santacruz joined PCCS in 2012
Dr. Santacruz has special interests in advance endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures for diagnosis and therapy of malignant and benign thoracic diseases. He has particular clinical interest in lung cancer, pulmonary nodules, lung cancer staging, tracheobronchomalacia, bronchoscopic therapy of COPD and benign airway stenosis.
